Our group of 8 stayed at Residenze Gallura for our annual visit and we were extremely satisfied. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including two separate bedrooms, a clean bathroom, and a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed. The kitchen had a working cooker and hob, as well as a washing machine, and there was a lovely outdoor area. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the town center. Antonio, the complex manager, was amazing, providing excellent communication and going above and beyond to assist us.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly appreciated the air conditioning in the room, which was a lifesaver during the hot weather. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, especially the host who was incredibly kind and accommodating, even waiting for me until 3 AM when I arrived. Additionally, the hotel had a surprising veranda at the back of the house, which was a delightful surprise. I also must mention the cleanliness of the rooms, which was impeccable, and the fact that the hotel provided a washing machine for guests' convenience.

As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had ramps and elevators, making it easily accessible for me to move around without any difficulty.

I would have preferred if the staff were more attentive and considerate towards senior guests, as some of us may require extra assistance or have specific needs.

The apartment at Residenze Gallura was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The living room with a fully equipped kitchenette was perfect for hanging out and cooking together. The separate bedrooms provided privacy and the air conditioning kept us cool during the hot nights. We also loved the private balconies, where we could enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the beautiful views.

I personally would have liked a stronger hair dryer, but that's just my preference. Others might still find it sufficient.
